All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. You will be informed of the progress of the complaint on a regular basis and we will hope to resolve the dispute within 10 working days. Customer Service staff office hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. To fit in with our policy of giving time off for our staff, they will not be available at the weekends or on any Bank Holiday.
